According to the Dalai Lama, Om Mani Padme Hum has the power to: “Transform your impure body, speech and mind into the pure body, speech and mind of a Buddha.” Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell used for healing and meditation. They vibrate and produce a harmonic tone when played. To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick that is included, in circular motion against the bowl's rim.
